If you would like to be added to the Carriage Park e-mail group for updates and announcements, please send an email to CarriageParkBoard@hotmail.com, and include your email address.  **PLEASE NOTE**  this group will only be used by the Carriage Park Board to inform co-owners of upcoming events, due dates, etc.   

Winter Information
Help keep our insurance costs down! During the winter months, please do not shut off heat or block heat to rooms (especially those above garages); doing so can cause pipes to freeze and break, creating lots of cleanup and increased insurance costs.
 

Board Meetings

The Carriage Park Board generally meets once a month and holds open meetings 3 times per year.  There is also an annual meeting in September for all co-owners.  If you wish to attend one of the open meetings, please check the "Calendar of Events" page for information on the next open meeting (date, time, and location).
 

Community Events and Dates to Remember

Please see the "Calendar of Events" page for important information such as open Board Meeting dates, special events, and payment dates.  If you would like to host a neighborhood event (such as a garage sale or neighborhood party), please send an email to the Carriage Park Board (CarriageParkBoard@hotmail.com) so that it can be added to the calendar.
